Terms & Conditions – SN Business Innovations LLC

Welcome to SN Business Innovations LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging with our real estate buying services (“Services”), you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

1.1 We provide services related to the purchase of residential and commercial real estate properties.
1.2 Our Services include, but are not limited to:

Property valuation

Negotiation and acquisition of properties

Consultation regarding offers and market analysis
1.3 We are not responsible for properties’ legal status, zoning issues, or physical condition unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding the property, ownership, and your personal details.
2.2 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to property sales and purchases.
2.3 You acknowledge that our Services do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Offers and Agreements

3.1 All offers made by SN Business Innovations LLC on your behalf are subject to your approval before submission.
3.2 A binding purchase agreement is only formed once a formal contract is signed by all parties.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to decline any property or transaction at its discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Our fees are as outlined in a separate fee schedule or agreement provided to the Client.
4.2 Fees may include a flat fee, percentage of purchase price, or other agreed terms.
4.3 Payments are due in accordance with the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information obtained during the course of the engagement.
5.2 Confidential information may only be disclosed with prior written consent or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 SN Business Innovations LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from:

The condition, legal status, or value of a property

Decisions made based on information provided through our Services
6.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice.
7.2 Termination does not absolve the Client from payment of fees for Services already provided.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 SN Business Innovations LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
9.2 Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified.
